Serim Company began its operations on February 14, 1992, with the establishment of “Sera.” In the following years, it expanded into the construction and real estate investment sectors in Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan) through its brand “Artı Investment Consultancy,” laying the foundations for its regional presence.
Focusing on investment opportunities in newly independent Turkic Republics, Serim Company developed strategic projects aimed at fostering economic growth and contributing to the development of high-potential regions.
Since 1997, in addition to providing investment and financial consultancy services to international investors in Türkiye and Central Asia, Serim Company has also been actively engaged in import-export activities across Türkiye, Central Asia, and Europe. Leveraging the strength of its group companies, the company has undertaken infrastructure and superstructure construction projects and engaged in real estate trading, consistently maintaining a strong growth trajectory.
Following its success in Central Asia, Serim Company directed its investment focus toward the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). The company initiated real estate investments in the region in 2003, and its group companies continued to invest until 2010. After 2010, Serim Company contributed to the development of Girne American University by constructing student dormitories and campus buildings.
